Refund policy

• The pictures displayed on our website are of original products. The actual color or texture of the finished product may slightly differ from what is visible on screen due to variations in color monitors/screens and lighting utilized during photoshoots.
  

Returns:

In case of sizing issue then items can be exchanged only with same item or different item but price difference has to be paid by the customer.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Warranty

We offer 2 years warranty on leather items only. The warranty includes repairs in case the sole or glue comes off . The warranty does not cover if the shoes has water damaged.

Refunds
We do not accept refunds but items can be exchanged only.

Delivery time:

Delivery may take 6 - 12 working days.

Self collection :

In case of self collection parcels from courier office, the customer has to pay an advance payment of 1000 rs.
